Minish Lounge (the "Lounge") establishes and discloses this privacy policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, to protect users' personal information and handle related concerns promptly.
1. Information collected and how
- Items: name, contact details (phone number or messenger ID), email (optional), brand and program of interest, preferred date and time, message, referral source, access records (time, page, browser, language)
- Methods: consultation and booking form on this website, KakaoTalk channel, phone inquiries
2. Purpose of collection and use
- Receiving consultations and bookings; confirming, changing and cancelling bookings
- Proposing programs and guiding your visit
- (If you opted in) sending promotion and event news
3. Retention period
Personal information is deleted without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. For managing consultation and booking history it is retained for one year from the last inquiry and then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
4. Provision to third parties and outsourcing
The Lounge does not provide personal information to third parties. When platforms such as Kakao (KakaoTalk channel) or Naver (Naver Booking) are used for booking management, their respective privacy policies also apply.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time, and may withdraw marketing consent. Please contact us using the details below.
